A unique innovation

RIF and its world leading partner SERAP have developed a unique and innovative concept of Milk Collection Micro-Centers with advanced devices in the countryside.

A new technology now allows energy autonomy of these collection centers and the immediate recovery and cooling of milk collected. Secondary collection centers as well as a central processing unit makes it possible to value local milk and distribute it in a highly demanding market. Many existing off-takers are very interested in this raw milk which is naturally very rich in nutrition. It meets a higher demand for quality milk compared to imported milk powder, which is low in fat and protein and re-enriched in vitamin and oligo-elements of very poor quality imported from Asia.
